ヴァシリエオストロフスカヤ駅のマクドナルドの並びにあるカフェでは、4種類のビジネスランチ（180ルーブル、約860円）が提供されており、4番目はウズベク・ランチです。サラダ、ラグマン、プロフ、お茶のセットです。ラグマンもプロフもあっさりしていて、東京で食べたものに似ていました。
