A Swedish biker, travelling by bike all the way from Tokyo to Copenhagen, left Tashkent after he had a really short break here on the very rainy day.  In August he left Japan, where he had been for 8 years.  What was amazing to me is that he didn’t eat meat on principle but had spent much time in Central Asia, where it is truly hard to find dishes without meat.  What was more amazing to me is that he still enjoyed this area….  Now he might be heading for his goal with no stop so that he can complete his bike journey before the snow covers his way.  I do hope he can…
